Craig Whitley is a partner in the Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance Group. Craig acts for both local and international banks, as well as borrowers and sponsors, with regard to their funding structures, in particular unsecured and secured lending, project finance, acquisition finance, real estate and development finance, commodities finance, preference share funding and security structuring. He has been involved in a wide range of projects in various sectors including real estate, mining and metals, infrastructure and power which includes extensive experience acting for both sponsors and lenders under the Department of Energy’s renewable energy IPP programme.
