Armando Aguiar is a dispute resolution executive at ENSafrica, specialising in construction and engineering law, including claims, dispute resolution and drafting construction contracts. Armando’s experience includes contract-based commercial litigation, both locally and internationally, as well as varied commercial litigation and appearance work before DABs. Armando has acted for major construction companies, national governments, parastatal entities and various listed and multinational companies. He is a fellow and director of the Association of Arbitrators (South Africa), a CEDR-accredited mediator and is admitted as a notary and a conveyancer. Armando also acts as an adjudicator and arbitrator in construction-related disputes.
