个人简介：
Nick Robb is an expert in employment and labour law. He provides advice on the impact on employment of business rescue proceedings, mergers and acquisitions, competition issues, and outsourcing of services. Nick's litigation practice includes forensic enquiries, collective disputes and strikes, executive dismissals, discrimination, whistle-blowing and restraint of trade disputes. He is currently representing journalists acting against the state broadcaster in respect of its censorship policy, and ex-employees of the South African Revenue Services. He recently acted for the curator of African Bank subsequent to it being placed in curatorship.
