Johan advises on and assists in conducting investigations on sensitive employment topics, from compliance, corruption breaches of ethics to harassment and discrimination claims. He assists multinational and regional clients in managing employee relations risks, trade union relations, dealing with strikes and work stoppages and conducting collective negotiations.
