Marius Diemont/南非

Marius Diemont specialises in environmental, natural resources and energy law with a focus on director and company liability. He has represented major corporations in high profile criminal prosecutions and in various court proceedings. He regularly conducts pre-acquisition due diligence exercises and advises on environmental liability in transactions. Previously, Marius served as the Special Legal Advisor to the Minister of Environmental Affairs and also served as Head of the Ministry. Marius is a contributing author to the leading legal text book on environmental law in South Africa.
