Togan has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law matters and privatisations representing a variety of international clients in retail, energy, gas, telecommunications, tobacco, insurance, healthcare, food and steel sectors. He also takes an active role in privatisations and B&F matters in many industries for clients.
