Sergey participated in Aleinikov&Partners working team which advised National Agency of Investment and Privatization concerning Pilot Project (the project under the aegis of the World Bank); Participation in legal assistance in transactions on financing of assets acquisition and handling of investment projects in both private and public sectors; Legal assistance in incorporation of the companies with participation of foreign investors. Development of corporate management structures in commercial organizations, legal advising on the issues of structuring relations with the top officers of the companies, including foreign employees; Advising commercial organizations with foreign capital on a wide range of matters of employment legislation; participation in preparation of legal position on employment disputes.
