In 1995 he has started working as police agent at Alatau District of Internal Affairs Department of Almaty city and by 1998 was promoted to position of the Head of Criminal Police of Zhetisu District of Internal Affairs Department of Almaty city.Since 2003 Khan Vladimir is an advocate. His practice areas include criminal law, particularly criminal procedure law. His represents and defends clients in preliminary criminal investigation, criminal investigation and criminal litigation, regarding finance and tax crimes and disputes with state authorities.In addition, Vladimir represents top and mid-level managers of major Kazakh and international companies.
