He has deep experience advising Australian and international clients on the establishment and operation of large scale LNG projects including due diligence, negotiating joint venture arrangements, sale and purchase agreements, gas sale agreements, operations and maintenance contracts and gas transportation. Michael is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN), the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association and a Life Member of the Petroleum Club of WA. Michael is the former Senior Vice Chair of the Oil & Gas Committee of the IBA SEERIL and was the WA State Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia (AMCHAM).
