Jorge was named partner of the firm since 2003 and has 25+ years of professional experience. He has advised Mexican and foreign companies, among others, in the automotive, financial, educational, technological and entertainment sectors, in M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, drafting, negotiating and closing of agreements in Mexico and abroad. His ability to perform in such diverse areas of law practice has allowed him to serve a variety of clients with resultsoriented strategies and solutions.
Regarding TMT, he represents telephone operators, internet providers, satellite and television companies before Mexican regulators in an array of endeavors and matters. He has also implemented e-commerce platforms and drafted agreements and executed investments with such operators.In the realm of data protection, he is an expert in compliance, as well as in implementation of local and cross-border contingency plans to mitigate and
prevent security breaches. He has advised both private and governmental entities in these matters. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the World Law Group.
