Hanh is a partner in Gilbert + Tobin's Corporate Advisory and Tax group specialising in GST and stamp duty.
Hanh has advised on the indirect tax consequences of a wide range of transactions such as infrastructure projects, asset and business sales, internal corporate reorganisations, takeovers and initial public offers, and major financing structures.
Hanh graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce and Law (Honours) in 1998 and a Masters of Laws in 2004.
