Yomi, a Managing Associate of the firm has experience in advising financial institutions, multi lateral agencies and general corporates in relation to structured finance, acquisition leverage finance, debt capital market, syndicated lending and project finance transactions. His practice extends across a variety of sectors with particular emphasis on the financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas and FCMG sectors.
He also has broad experience in advising on general corporate law matters.
