Jack is a Corporate and Finance Partner and practises both Cayman Islands law and British Virgin Islands law. Jack spent a number of years in each of the BVI, Cayman Islands and Jersey offices of the firm. Operating from the firm's London office, Jack leads a team of lawyers providing time-zone sensitive Cayman Islands and BVI law assistance to clients based in Europe and Africa. Jack specialises in corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, takeovers and corporate reorganisations), capital markets, leveraged and acquisition finance, debt and equity finance along with structured and asset finance.
