Joshua Kiernan is Co-Chair of the firm’s Israel Practice and a member of the firm's technology and life sciences practices. He has extensive experience advising companies on SEC-registered IPOs, follow-on and secondary offerings, block trades, private placements and Rule 144A offerings. In addition, his practice includes advising on a variety of debt offerings (including high yield and sovereign bonds) and cross-border M&A, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts. Mr. Kiernan assists clients with SEC-compliance and corporate governance matters.
