Stephen Langbridge is a competition and corporate lawyer in South Africa with more than 30 years’ experience in competition law, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Successfully acting in numerous merger approvals, he also advises clients on prohibited practice litigation and other anti-trust advisory work. Stephen's competition law experience includes extensive merger advice, abuse of dominance matters and excessive pricing, damages claims before the High Court, appearances before the Competition Tribunal and Commission, and exemption applications and appeals. In addition to competition law expertise, Stephen advises local and multinational companies in various industries on a wide range matters.
